October 2013 - December 2017Peanut, 4, crossed over the rainbow bridge un-expectedly on December 9, at the Upstate Veterinary Hospital with her loving family by her side. Born October 2013, Peanut became a foster of GRONY in December 2014 at the age of 14 months, and due to her medical condition she stayed as a permanent foster until her passing. Peanut was diagnosed with KCS (her tear ducts had stopped working), she had a operation called PDT to help safe her eyes in August 2015. Her right eye was doing fine, but her left one had stop working and she was getting infections. Peanut was schedule to have her left eye removed, but she passed three days before her operation from septic shock. Peanut is survived by her parents Paula and Jerry Schwab, her brothers Grouche, Wheatfield and Dartangan and sister CC. She is also survived by many Aunts and Uncles and lots of fur-cousins from her GRONY family. Peanut touched many with her courage and big heart.
